I was taken care of at the Addison location, my stylist Brittney was a complete professional and fun to talk to. She definitely did a very good job and I would highly recommend this place, yes they are kinda short staffed and the wait is long if you are waiting for a certain stylist, but the wait isn’t as long as you think and you can watch sports on the TVs while you wait. Definitely coming back thank you again

It’s a written script there. They sound like robots and and it’s really annoying. Claudia I think is manager and always just seems rude and in bad mood. And if they try to sell me another thing. I won’t go there again.

The manager there is such a Downer No one has smiles on their faces ever especially the manager. She’s rude has an attitude and won’t go there again just because the awkwardness and I always seem to get her
